Missing items on delivery

Your order may have been sent in separate packages. Please match up the items from both packages to the delivery note.

If an item is missing contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery with your Account Code, Purchase Order, and the missing product code. We will try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Unpacking Your Goods

It is important to check all deliveries before acceptance. If your package looks damaged upon delivery please either reject the order when the courier arrives or sign for it as damaged. Any damage must be reported to DirekTek within 3 days of delivery, with images if requested. It is particularly important to check all TV deliveries before acceptance. All TV boxes will have a large label reminding you to check your delivery before the driver leaves. Missed your delivery

The courier will leave a calling card behind for you to arrange a preferred delivery slot. On average couriers will attempt to re-deliver the parcel 2-3 times. If this is missed again or no contact has been made with the couriers, they will return the parcels back to us. When a parcel is returned to us, please note delivery will not be refunded. Local Collections

Royal Mail and selected couriers will take goods to the Post Office or local store for you to collect at your convenience, should you not be at home for the first delivery attempt.

If you still require your order, simply raise a new purchase order with us.

No longer required

If you no longer require the goods and your order is preparing for despatch or already in transit, please wait for your order to be delivered before initiating the return procedures with our Customer Service team.

Faulty items

If you’re having trouble with a product or believe it is defective, please contact Customer Services immediately.
