Why was my application rejected?Updated 3 years ago

DirekTek is a trade-only reseller so cannot set up accounts with companies or individuals who are not reselling our products. If you are a retailer there are other reasons that might lead to an application being declined.

For example:

• If you do not have a company registration or VAT number.
• If you have been trading for a short period of time or have not filed accounts yet.
• Small businesses in certain markets or areas may be declined for business reasons.
• At certain busy times of the year, we reduce the number of new accounts set up.
• It may be a short term issue if you would like to resubmit an application in the future.
