Please review our returns policy before completing our request form.

1. Complete our return request form.

   Please ensure your items are eligible for return before completing this form. Please note this is only a return request, please do not send items until you have received an RMA number.
   
   

2. Once authorised, you will be issued with an RMA number. Print off the RMA confirmation message and completed request form.

    

3. Pack the product using the original packaging with all accessories, documentation and returns documents.

   Please ensure all products are securely packed. We suggest using packaging materials such as bubble wrap to prevent any damage when in transit.
   
   

4. Return the product to our registered address:

Please ensure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outer box.

All units must be returned to DirekTek, unless stated otherwise by our Customer Service team.

Please allow up to 3 days for the package to arrive with DirekTek.

We reserve the right to refuse any return. All rejected units will be returned to you and you may be liable for any costs incurred.

RMAs are only valid for 14 days. Returns must be fulfilled within that period.
