The backorder feed is designed to show all outstanding orders, giving you a clearer view for easier order management.

This feed is available daily if/when there are outstanding orders on your account, this lists the orders and product details including:

• Order Identifiers (Customer Reference & DirekTek Order Number)
• Product Identifiers (DirekTek SKU & Manufacturer Part Code)
• Product Information (Manufacturer & Titles)
• Order Date
• Quantities Ordered, Delivered & Outstanding
  
  

Why is my order outstanding?

An outstanding order is an order which has not shipped. An order can be open for various reasons, such as:

• Low / No inventory.
• The orders required delivery date is set in future.
• Your account is on stop.
